Need a computer help with software setup and troubleshooting
Hi, I’m looking for a friendly IT person who can help me set up a new computer and get some software running smoothly. I recently got a new PC and need help installing Windows updates, setting up Microsoft 365, configuring VPN access for work, and organizing backups to an external drive. I’d also like guidance on basic security, creating user accounts, and some tips for keeping my system tidy. Preferred communication in English, and I’d appreciate a clear plan with estimated time for each task. I’m aiming for a practical, hands-on session that won’t be too tech-heavy.
