About the role…

As the new Beauty Client Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

• Guide clients through our curated collection of brands and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury beauty and perfumery.

• Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints

• Stay ahead of trends and emerging brands in fragrance, skincare, and beauty

• Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products and accessories

• Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends
