* Multi‑Agency Collaboration: Work with partner agencies to create and implement comprehensive family support plans.
* Meeting Participation: Attend Child in Need meetings and contribute assessments and reports for conferences and courts.
* Safeguarding Coordination: Engage with the Multi‑Agency Child Protection Team to implement child protection plans as required.
* Relationship‑Based Practice: Build positive, trauma‑informed relationships with children and families to support safety and development.
* Quality & Standards: Ensure high standards of case recording by lead practitioners and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across practice.
