We are on the lookout for someone exceptional. We need a high-calibre candidate to take on our Team Assistant role. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where you’ll need to be confident in your abilities and ready to dive into a variety of administrative tasks.
Working for a top UK-based company, you’ll be supporting the referencing team with admin and compliance-based projects. Strong organisational skills are essential. Based in Birmingham, with offices across the country, this is a supportive and professional environment where you’ll be encouraged to grow and highlight your strengths. This role is ideal for someone with previous admin experience, particularly in a corporate or professional services setting.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the referencing team by sending, chasing, and obtaining references in line with compliance guidelines
• Assisting with diary management and travel arrangements
• Helping to organise internal events and functions
• Managing administrative tasks as part of the wider team
• Scheduling interviews, client meetings, and appointments as needed.
• Completing compliance-based tasks such as right-to-work checks and audits
• Administering candidate care surveys and gathering feedback
• Managing ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.
• Acting as a point of contact for other departments including HR, IT, and Finance
• General admin including scanning, collating, and sorting important documentation.

• Minimum 6 months of administrative experience preferred.
