* Oversee the allocation, quality assurance and completion of assessments, intervention plans, and court reports following Youth Justice Board National Standards.
* Ensure robust safeguarding practices and manage risks effectively for children in youth justice interventions.
* Represent the Youth Offending Team at court, multi-agency panels, and meetings, contributing to effective decision-making. Person Specification: Qualifications: * Degree or professional qualification in Social Work, Probation, Youth Justice, Youth Work, or a related discipline. Registration & Compliance: * Registration with Social Work England or the relevant professional body where applicable.
