Transaction Tax Specialist - High Growth PE-Backed Firm

What you will do

* Lead on structuring, tax due diligence, SPA mechanisms, completion accounts, and post deal integration
* Run client briefings and negotiations, translate complex issues into clear commercial advice
* Collaborate across Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance, and Legal to drive value for buy side and sell side mandates
* Contribute to bids and BD initiatives, help shape a rapidly scaling transactions practice

What you will bring

* ACA, CTA or ADIT, or equivalent
* Strong corporate tax background, ideally with exposure to M&A or transaction tax
* Proven stakeholder management, ability to juggle multiple live deals at pace, calm under pressure
