Payroll Co-Ordinator
Assist with calculations relating to additional hours, statutory leave and other pay variations.
Produce essential payroll outputs for authorised internal and external recipients.
Handle pay‑related queries through appropriate communication channels.
Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with statutory and regulatory obligations.
Contribute to reporting, process consistency and continuous improvement activity.
Provide informed guidance and support during periods requiring additional expertise. Experience Required Proven payroll administration experience within a busy, deadline‑driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing recurring payroll cycles.
Employee lifecycle processing including changes, benefits and pension‑related updates.
Clear communication skills for handling sensitive pay queries.
Data and systems capability with proficiency in spreadsheets and payroll/HR tools.
