Need computer troubleshooting and setup guidance
I’m looking for a friendly IT helper to diagnose a few issues and set up a couple of devices at home. The tasks include diagnosing a slow laptop, installing essential software, configuring backups, and connecting a printer to Wi-Fi. I’d also appreciate quick tips on improving overall performance and security. Preference for someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid jargon, as I’m not very tech-savvy. Availability on weekends would be ideal, but weekday mornings work too. Please bring any necessary tools and be prepared to work in a small home office.
