Forklift Driver (Clamp)

Marston Green, Birmingham

£16.71 per hour | Rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm/ 10pm-6am) | Ongoing work

GI Group UK are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver with clamp attachment experience to join our client based in Marston Green, Birmingham. Our client is a well-established packaging company offering long-term, ongoing work for the right candidate.

Shift & Pay Details:

Pay rate: £16.71 per hour
Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am
Rotating weekly shifts (Mornings/afternoons/nights)
Monday to Friday

Duties will include:

Operating a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment
Safely moving, loading and unloading packaging materials
Stacking, relocating and organising stock within the warehouse
Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean working area
Working as part of a busy warehouse team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
Proven experience using a clamp truck (essential)
Previous experience within a warehouse or packaging environment desirable
Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
Reliability and flexibility to work rotating shifts
