Need parquet flooring installation for living room project
I'm looking for a skilled tradesperson to install parquet flooring in my living room. The room is approximately 20 square meters with existing underlayment and a few door thresholds to trim. I prefer a classic herringbone pattern, real wood parquet if possible, and a moisture-rated adhesive suitable for UK homes. Ideally, you can handle levelling and any minor subfloor prep, plus precise cutting around vents and alcoves. I value neat, tidy workmanship and a clean finish on skirting boards. Please mention your experience with parquet installation, expected material waste, and any finishing options (polish/varnish) you recommend. Available to start within the next 2–3 weeks, with flexible daytime hours.
