Enquiries Administrator (FTC)
Document Preparation & Follow-Up- Assist in preparing templates or correspondence for enquiry responses. Follow up on outstanding information or documentation as needed.
Internal Coordination- Liaise with the Operations Manager, Clinical Liaison Specialist, and Senior Case Workers to ensure up-to-date visibility of enquiry progress and expert responses.
Timeliness & Accuracy- Support efficient and prompt administrative handling of enquiries, ensuring details are recorded correctly and consistently.
Workflow Support- Flag outstanding or overdue tasks to the Operations Manager and help resolve minor blockers to keep the pipeline moving. Behavioural Expectations The Enquiries Administrator is expected to be detail-oriented, organised, and cooperative in supporting a high-volume, high-priority workflow.
Maintain orderly, up-to-date records and follow through consistently on admin tasks. Be dependable and structured in approach.
Ensure data accuracy when updating systems or sending communications. Spot inconsistencies and raise them appropriately.
Work positively and cooperatively with the Operations Manager, Clinical Liaison Specialist, and Senior Case Workers. Keep communication timely and transparent.
Respond quickly to requests and adapt to fluctuating workloads or changes in enquiry urgency.
Recognise the importance of timely, professional enquiry handling. Support internal and external stakeholders with care and accuracy. Reporting Line The Enquiries Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Clinical Liaison and Senior Case Workers. Expected to provide regular updates on admin workload, outstanding enquiries, and data entry status. Essential Skills Essential English and Maths GCSE or equivalent Desirable Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or equivalent
