Your Role:

• Business Development : Focus on winning new clients and expanding your network.

• Candidate Placement : Source and place candidates in a variety of tech roles specialising in infrastructure & cyber security

• Geographical Reach : Work across Birmingham and the Midlands, covering Coventry, Warwickshire, Leicestershire. Peterborough, Nottingham & Northampton recruiting for mid-level to senior tech positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 Recruitment Process : From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and sales activity to drive company growth.

• Key Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates providing exceptional service and advice.
