Are you a resilient and supportive Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about guiding young people towards positive behaviour and engagement?

Schools in Birmingham and GSL Education are hiring a motivated Behaviour Mentor to provide consistent behavioural and pastoral support to pupils.

As a Behaviour Mentor , you will work closely with students who may face behavioural or emotional challenges that impact their learning. You will help create a calm and structured environment where pupils feel supported, understood, and motivated to make positive choices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring support.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and support plans.
* Support students during lessons and unstructured times.
* Encourage positive engagement in learning and school life.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with young people or in behaviour support roles.
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
* Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
