Need help preparing homemade meals tailored to dietary needs
I’m looking for a friendly caregiver to assist with meal preparation at my home in the UK. The role involves planning and cooking simple, nutritious meals for a week, accommodating dietary preferences (vegetarian and low-sodium options), and ensuring ingredients are fresh. My kitchen is well-equipped, and I’m hoping for roughly 2–4 meals per day, with storage and labeling. Experience with portion control and basic grocery list planning would be ideal. I’d like someone who can follow a rough plan, be mindful of cleanliness, and communicate about any substitutions or concerns. Availability during weekday mornings to early afternoons would be perfect.
