Senior HR Advisor
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in partnering with line managers and supporting the delivery of both strategic and operational HR activity. This role will initially focus on managing a high volume of workload, with the opportunity to operate at a Junior HR Business Partner level.
Key responsibilities include:- Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers across multiple business areas
- Coaching and supporting managers on:
- Performance management
- Employee relations matters (grievance, conduct, disciplinary)
- Managing complex ER cases and influencing challenging stakeholders
- Supporting organisational design and change initiatives, including:
- Team restructures (reductions and expansions)
- Defining current vs future state structures
- Developing and presenting business cases
- Collaborating with the wider People team on transformation and change activity
- Operating autonomously with confidence, while knowing when to seek guidance
