The role:

• Delivering exciting, engaging lessons that bring learning to life
• Creating a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued
• Supporting pupils to grow academically, socially, and emotionally
• Tracking progress and celebrating every achievement
• Ability to adapt lesson plan or teaching style in order to suit all needs
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to give pupils the best possible start

The most suitable candidate for this role, should:

• Holds full QTS (Qualified Teaching Status)
• A genuine passion for working with children and educational development
• Someone energetic, creative, and full of fresh ideas
• A strong classroom presence with a nurturing approach
• Previous experience working in a primary school
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Someone who believes every child can succeed-with the right support
• DBS on the update service or willingness to process a new one with us
• Local to Harborne, Birmingham

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
