Need flooring renovation advice and small fixes for room
I’m looking for a handyman to assess and perform a few small flooring renovation tasks in a single room. The floor is currently vinyl with some areas that could use re-seaming, edge trimming, and a light refresh to improve appearance. I’d also like guidance on whether quieter, low-dust options are feasible. Preferences: keep disruption to a minimum, bring basic tools, and provide a quick written note on the work completed and any care tips. If you can offer a couple of quotes for different approaches (patch repair vs. full edge re-seal), that would be great. Located in central London, accessible by stairs.
