Need help maintaining an orchard and fruit trees
I’m looking for a reliable gardener to help with ongoing orchard care. The job involves pruning fruit trees, inspecting for pests, thinning yields if needed, and general spring/fall maintenance. I’d prefer someone with experience in pruning guidelines for apple and pear trees, plus safe use of garden tools and any light fertilization. The property is in the UK, so please consider local climate and disease prevention. I’d like a plan for regular visits, clear communication, and respect for my amateur-level understanding of the trees. If you can provide a rough seasonal schedule and any equipment you’d bring, that would be great.
