What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and speaking to candidates daily
- Building real relationships with clients and understanding what they need
- Writing compelling job ads and managing candidate pipelines
- Booking interviews, getting feedback, and closing offers
- Learning how to win new business and manage accounts
- Taking responsibility for your own success (with full support along the way)
