Uncapped OTE exceeding £40,000, with additional bonuses based on team performance and efficiency

Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
Perform diagnostic work, warranty repairs, and general mechanical repairs
Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) and compile accurate job cards
Undertake tasks such as oil services, brake work, and cambelt replacements
Work efficiently to high safety and quality standards, meeting manufacturer specifications
Support team members when required, contributing to a productive workshop environmentRequirements:

Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
An MOT licence would be advantageous but is not essential; training available for suitable candidates
