Exams Assistant - Coventry, West Midlands - January 2026
A well-organised and supportive secondary school in Coventry is seeking a reliable and meticulous Exams Assistant from January 2026 to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations.
The Role
Working closely with the Exams Officer, you will:
- Prepare exam rooms and seating plans
- Support with exam entries and timetable distribution
- Manage confidential exam materials in line with JCQ requirements
- Liaise with invigilators, staff and heads of department
- Assist with mock exams, results days and data uploads
- Provide general administrative support during peak exam periods
