Pay: £14.50 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: 37+ hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Sunday - between 06:00-00:00 (rota-based)
Contract: Flexible / Temporary

Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Community Safety Street Intervention Officers to support Birmingham communities.

This is a frontline role where you'll help tackle anti-social behaviour, improve community safety, and support vulnerable individuals. Working alongside partners and local authorities, you'll play a key role in creating safer, stronger neighbourhoods.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out high-visibility patrols to deter anti-social behaviour
- Investigating incidents and enforcing legislation (e.g. FPNs, CPNs, PSPOs)
- Engaging with communities to provide support, guidance, and reassurance
- Supporting initiatives targeting ASB, including car cruising and off-road biking
- Working closely with Police, CCTV, and partner agencies
- Gathering evidence and preparing reports for legal proceedings
- Delivering crime prevention advice and promoting community safety
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures

What We're Looking For
- Experience in enforcement, ASB, or customer-facing environments
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Good investigative and report-writing skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
- Resilient, proactive, and solution-focused approach
- GCSEs (or equivalent experience) including English and Maths
- Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications

- You will receive a contract of employment separately
