Music Education Tutor Needed for Beginner to Intermediate Piano
I'm looking for a patient music tutor to help my child develop solid piano basics and steady practice habits. The student is a beginner/intermediate player aged 9, familiar with basic notes but needs help with rhythm, scales, and simple pieces. Ideally, the tutor will provide structured lessons, a short practice plan for each week, and some simple music theory to reinforce what we cover at the keyboard. We have a home piano and a quiet space for lessons, with 45–60 minute sessions twice a week. Preference for someone who can adapt to a slower start and gradually introduce more challenging materials. Must be reliable, communicative, and able to share progress updates. Prior experience with children and a friendly teaching style are a plus.
