🔑 The Role

As Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting viewings and providing detailed property feedback
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Supporting landlords with advice and market knowledge
• Assisting with new instructions and generating new business opportunities
• Progressing tenancies through to completion
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
• Target-driven with a proactive mindset
• Organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Full UK driving licence
