Facilities Co-ordinator
An excellent opportunity for an experienced and personable facilities coordinator to over see day-to-day management of a property located in Birmingham.
This role requires someone who can build strong relationships in a front-of-house capacity, while also taking ownership of coordinating contractors, handling queries, and proactively managing the smooth running of the site.
What are we Looking for?
- Experience coordinating maintenance and managing contractors
- Good understanding of health and safety on-site
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Clear and confident communication
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
