CQC Consultant - Mock Inspector
Liquid Personnel are seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services.
What will your responsibilities be?
The successful candidate will conduct mock inspections, compliance audits, quality reviews, and provide practical guidance to help services achieve and maintain CQC compliance and outstanding care standards.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks
- Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services
- Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
