About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join the school’s dedicated administrative team . The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all office functions and play an important role in supporting both staff and pupils.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily running of the school office and administrative systems
- Managing administrative staff and coordinating office workflows
- Acting as the main point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies
- Ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate records and reports
- Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative and operational matters
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a school office management or senior administrative role
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines , and maintain confidentiality
- A professional, approachable, and proactive manner
