Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + commission

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a market leading, well-established independent estate agency in Sutton Coldfield.

This is a key role within a highly regarded business, offering the chance to take ownership of a successful lettings department within a company known for its strong reputation, loyal client base and supportive team environment.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the lettings department, ensuring continued growth, high service standards and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing, mentoring and motivating the lettings team

Driving new business and building lasting landlord relationships

Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions

Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction to move-in

Ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met

Monitoring performance, setting targets and driving results

Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service

Working closely with senior management to grow market share

The Person

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential lettings and a proven ability to win business and lead from the front.

You will be:

An experienced Lettings Manager or a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up

Confident in valuations and converting instructions

Commercially minded and target-driven

Professional, polished and well-presented

A natural leader with excellent communication skills

Organised, proactive and driven to succeed
