What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into
As a Teaching Assistant in Perry Barr, you will:

Team up with the class teacher to bring lessons to life

Deliver focused support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*
Encourage positive behaviour and keep learners motivated
*
Help create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
*
Play an active role in the wider school community

Experience supporting children (classroom experience is a big plus)

Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Reliable, punctual and able to commute to Perry Barr
