At Sage Partners , we’re looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you’ll help deliver face-to-face promotional campaigns representing clients across sectors including fashion, food & beverage, telecoms, energy, and lifestyle brands.

The position includes structured training and hands-on experience designed to help you develop practical sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands through face-to-face promotional campaigns and customer interactions
• Assist with the setup and coordination of in-person marketing events and brand activations
• Engage with customers to explain products, services, and promotions
• Collect feedback and insights to support campaign performance
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop communication and customer engagement skills
• Support campaign targets and assist with day-to-day promotional activities

Each day involves working with the team to support live marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
