Office Manager | West Birmingham
We are working with a vibrant multi-cultural school in West Birmingham to find a dedicated Office Manager . The school is seeking a professional individual to drive continuous improvement within the administration team and provide a top-tier service to the community.
About the School This is a popular two-form entry school that has recently been praised by Ofsted for its "outstanding" student behaviour. The staff team is skilled and committed, and the school is known for its "open door" policy for parents. It is a well-resourced school with a focus on using technology to improve administrative efficiency and staff wellbeing.
The Role As the heart of the school's operations, the Office Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day administration. This includes managing pupil data, coordinating HR processes, and acting as a central point of contact for the Trust. The successful candidate will lead the office team by example, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: Substantial experience in school administration or a similar complex office environment.
Attributes: A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Compliance: The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK. A valid enhanced DBS is required.
Salary £27,500 – £33,500 per annum.
