Salary: £26,600 - £33,800 + uncapped commission with no threshold

The Role: Recruitment Resourcer
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles by:
Selling TeacherActive’s services, you will resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.
Build lasting candidate relationships to keep on top of candidate availability and build market knowledge.
Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates are onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless boking experience.
Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst achieving KPI’s and targets.
Network with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attending recruitment fairs and expos to support with candidate attraction.

In term time, 7:30-16:30 / 8:30-17:00
Reduced and flexible hours during the school holidays (8.30-4 before passing probation) 6hrs shift after probation (with flexibility)
