Need English tutoring for 8th grade student after school
I'm looking for a patient English tutor for my 13-year-old who needs after-school help. We want lessons focused on grammar, reading comprehension, and vocabulary, with some speaking practice. Schedule is flexible but ideally 2 sessions per week, each about 1.5 hours. We prefer a tutor who can adapt to a GCSE-style approach and use engaging materials like short stories or interactive exercises. The student attends school during the day, so evenings between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM work best. We value clear explanations, regular progress updates, and a warm, encouraging teaching style. Location is in Manchester, but online tutoring is also acceptable if the tutor is in the UK. Please include pricing and any relevant qualifications or experience.
