Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join us here @ Katie Bard!

We work on a hybrid model of 4 days in office, 1 day working from home on a Friday and we are based in Birmingham City Centre near the Jewellery Quarter with close links to Snow Hill train station and New Street.

This is 4 days in office, 1 day at home, offering between 27-29k a year dependant on experience plus commissions.

We are a small but personable team looking for someone who wants to development valuable recruitment skills and have the drive to succeed!

The duties for this role would include:

- Writing and posting job adverts across various jobs boards

- Sourcing and reviewing CV’s and assessing suitability for live roles

- Calling and screening candidates

- Interviewing candidates

- Interacting and managing various stakeholders such as candidates and clients

- Building and maintaining relationships

- Keep a track of your candidate pool

- Answering queries via phone/email

For this role you would need previous experience within an office environment, ideally within administration or similar. Previous recruitment experience would also be beneficial or HR experience.
