About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Air Hygiene Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll support the Field Manager by supervising operatives, ensuring safe working practices, and delivering high-quality air hygiene services across a variety of sites.

This is a hands-on position combining technical expertise and team leadership, offering a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be DoingSupervising operatives on-site, promoting safe working practices in line with RAMSDelivering air hygiene services including:Kitchen extract cleaning (TR19 Grease)Ventilation system cleaning (TR19)Access door installation (DW144)Carrying out fire damper inspections (BS9999)Conducting site inspections and supporting preventative maintenance programmesMaintaining clear and professional communication with clientsCompleting risk assessments and same-day service reportsManaging equipment and chemical stock levelsEnsuring all work complies with site rules, method statements, and safety standards.What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from individuals with the following:

Strong knowledge of air hygiene and ventilation systemsExperience supervising or leading teams (preferred but not essential)Good communication and customer service skillsAbility to read and understand technical manualsStrong organisation and time management skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesA full UK driving licence and willing to travel where company needs are required.A recognised qualification in air hygiene is desirable but not essential as further training and support will be provided.
