A large and highly regarded secondary school in Solihull is seeking an experienced and confident Senior School Administrator to join its established office team from January 2026. This is a key operational role within the school, supporting senior leaders, teaching staff and families on a daily basis.
The school is known locally for its calm atmosphere, strong organisation and professional culture. The administrative team is central to this success, providing reliable systems, clear communication and a welcoming first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors.
In this role, you will take responsibility for a broad range of administrative functions, working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex diaries, correspondence and school communications
Supporting attendance, safeguarding and pastoral administration
Coordinating meetings, events and internal processes
Acting as a point of contact for staff, families and external agencies
