Data Officer - Coventry, West Midlands - January 2026
A large, high-achieving secondary school in Coventry is looking for an experienced Data Officer to join its admin and data team from January 2026.
The Role
You will oversee the accurate collection, maintenance and analysis of student data, working closely with senior leaders and curriculum staff. Responsibilities include:
- Managing school data systems (e.g., SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom)
- Producing reports on assessment, behaviour and attendance
- Supporting exam entries and results processing
- Ensuring compliance with statutory returns
- Providing data insights for teaching and leadership teams
