⚽ Matchday Hospitality at Aston Villa Football Club

We are recruiting skilled fine-dining waiters to join our executive hospitality teams at Aston Villa Football Club, working within exclusive restaurants and premium guest areas on matchdays.

To be considered, you must be available for the majority key fixtures during the remainder of the 2025/26 season , covering February through April:

February – April Matchdays

• 21 February 2026
• 4 March 2026
• 22 March 2026
• 18 April 2026
• 2 May 2026
• 17 May 2026

These matchdays offer the perfect blend of elite football and premium hospitality, with the electric buzz of a live stadium setting the tone for every service.

Outside of these key dates, you can choose additional shifts across our wider portfolio — ideal for boosting your hours while maintaining flexibility.

✨ The Role — Where Excellence Meets Atmosphere

Working in a live stadium environment means no two days are the same. Your role may include:

• Delivering exceptional, polished service to Platinum/VIP guests
• Creating memorable guest experiences in executive lounges and restaurants
• Working seamlessly as part of a professional, high-performing team
• Confidently opening, presenting, and serving wine, with pairing knowledge
• Maintaining impeccable standards in a fast-paced, high-profile setting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 12 months’ waiting experience
• Confidence in à la carte and fine-dining service
• Strong wine knowledge, including pairing, presentation, and pouring
• Ability to carry and unload a drinks tray confidently
• Calm, professional, and personable under pressure
• Comfortable with long periods of walking and standing
• Aged 18+ and able to commit to at least 80% of matchdays during the 2025/26 season
