Senior Associate - Corporate/Leveraged Finance | Leading Global Law Firm | 4PQE+ BCL Legal is working on behalf of a leading global law firm to recruit a Senior Associate to join their Banking & Finance Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate/Leveraged Finance lawyer with 4+ years' PQE to join a market-leading team that advises high-profile clients across a range of complex and high-value transactions. The Role As a Senior Associate, you will be involved in a diverse range of Corporate and Leveraged Finance transactions, working with a variety of clients including private equity sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions. The work spans both domestic and cross-border deals, including M&A, refinancing, asset-based lending, and debt capital markets. You'll have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, contribute to business development, and mentor junior colleagues, all while gaining exposure to a wide variety of work across different finance sub-specialisms. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support on complex Corporate and Leveraged Finance transactions Advise clients from sectors such as private equity, banking, and corporate finance Collaborate closely with teams such as Corporate, Tax, Restructuring, and Private Equity to deliver integrated solutions Manage client relationships and play a key role in business development Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team Contribute to knowledge management, training, and marketing initiatives The Candidate Our client is seeking a qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Corporate Debt/Leveraged Finance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex transactions and client relationships, and will be motivated by working in a highly collaborative, client-focused environment. The firm is also looking for someone who is keen to contribute to business development and help mentor junior team members.
