Our client is looking to appoint an Operations Coordinator to help maintain efficient day-to-day operations across a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This role is ideal for a well-organised professional who enjoys coordinating activity, supporting multiple teams, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to support business continuity and efficiency.
  • Monitor workflows, schedules, and task completion across teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Track key deadlines, service levels, and operational performance indicators.
  • Support planning meetings and assist with follow-up actions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
  • Assist with resource planning, logistics, and general administrative coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced commercial environment is desirable.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
