Senior Town Planner - Birmingham Competitive Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits I'm currently working with a well-established and highly respected residential developer who is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to take on a key role within a dynamic business that has a strong pipeline of residential projects across the Midlands. The Role As Senior Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering planning strategies across multiple sites. You'll work closely with land, technical, and commercial teams to secure planning permissions and drive projects forward from acquisition through to delivery.
