About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026 . You will be supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers to enhance learning and provide targeted intervention. A strong focus on communication and adaptability is key in helping students meet their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about supporting young people
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work effectively with teachers and SEND teams
• Is patient, organised and proactive
• Has prior TA experience or education-based training (preferred but not essential)
