HR Administrator - Solihull, West Midlands - January 2026
A large, high-performing 11–18 secondary school in Solihull is seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join its busy central operations team from January 2026 .
The Role
Working within a well-structured HR office, you will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
- Preparing job adverts, shortlisting packs and interview schedules
- Managing safer recruitment processes (DBS, references, identity & right-to-work checks)
- Maintaining accurate digital and paper personnel files
- Supporting with absence reporting and return-to-work documentation
- Assisting with onboarding, induction and probation administration
- Providing first-line HR guidance to staff and managers
