The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager in maintaining the school site and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting general site maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds
Assisting with minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks
Ensuring health and safety compliance across the school site
Helping to set up and support school events
Monitoring equipment and facilities, reporting issues to the Site Manager
Assisting with security, including opening and closing of school premises
Maintaining a tidy, safe, and organised environment for pupils and staff
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in a caretaking, facilities, or practical role
Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Demonstrate practical skills and organisational ability
Have a good understanding of health and safety procedures
Be a team player with strong communication skills
Be flexible and willing to support a variety of tasks as required
