What You’ll Be Doing
You will deliver engaging, challenging lessons that encourage students to explore complex questions about belief, morality and society. You’ll help develop critical thinking, argumentation and essay-writing skills, preparing students for academic success and personal growth.
You’ll also:
- Contribute to ongoing curriculum refinement and resource development
- Support exam groups at GCSE and A-Level, ensuring excellent outcomes
- Play a role in extra-curricular activities, trips and public events that enhance students’ understanding of global cultures and ethics
- Collaborate with colleagues across Humanities to deliver cross-curricular projects and events
About You
You will bring:
- QTS, PGCE or equivalent qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in RE, Philosophy or Ethics
- A reflective and professional approach to classroom practice
- A passion for discussion, ideas and academic challenge
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to maintaining high standards
