What You’ll Be Doing

• Clean & Organise: Keep the kitchen clean and tidy, ensuring all equipment, utensils, and work areas are spotless.
• Support the Team: Assist chefs by ensuring they have clean tools and a well-organised workspace to prepare our delicious dishes.
• Dishwashing: Manage the dishwashing station, making sure all plates, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for use.
• Stock & Supplies: Help with receiving deliveries, organising stock, and ensuring that kitchen supplies are always available when needed.
• Waste Management: Handle waste disposal and recycling efficiently, keeping the kitchen environment safe and hygienic.
