Key Responsibilities

• Managing agreed sales through to exchange & completion
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, brokers and surveyors
• Resolving issues quickly to avoid delays
• Providing regular, proactive updates to clients
• Supporting the sales team to maximise completion rates
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in residential sales progression (essential)
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• A confident communicator who can build rapport with all parties
• Calm under pressure and solutions focused
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
