Job Title: Façade Consultant Location: Birmingham Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Façade Consultant to join a growing façade team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of façade systems, cladding, curtain walling, and building envelope design. The successful candidate will be confident providing technical advice, reviewing façade designs, supporting project delivery, and working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams. This role would suit someone with a strong background in façade consultancy who is looking to take on a senior position with responsibility across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical consultancy and design advice across façade, cladding, curtain walling, and building envelope projects. Review drawings, specifications, reports, and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are met. Attend client, design, and site meetings, offering technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Support project delivery from early-stage design through to completion. Qualifications and Skills: Strong experience in façade consultancy, façade engineering, or a similar technical façade role. Excellent knowledge of façade systems, including cladding, curtain walling, and external envelope packages. Confident reviewing technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation. Strong communication, technical, and project coordination skills. Benefits: Salary between £50,000 – £75,000, depending on experience.
