Here at g2 Recruitment, we are looking for individuals to take ownership of their own 360 pipeline. This will include taking high-performing candidates to high-performing clients throughout the UK and Europe.

We offer uncapped commission, fast tracked progression alongside bespoke training.

Your key responsibilities include-

* Owning your own market (no experience needed)

* Strategic Sales Targeting

* High-performance sourcing

* Managing and then closing the individuals you have sourced, managing the full cycle

* Collaborating on a high achieving, high energy team – every day

Within our Biringham office, we operate within UK Government market. With a well-established team wanting to help you grow, we are ready to expand this with you being a part of it.

What we can offer:

* Base Salary £25,000

* Uncapped commission: Earn your worth! Realistic OTE

Year 1: £30-35k

Year 2: £40-50k

Year 3/4: 100k+
