We are looking for a top-quality PA to join a company that regularly goes the extra mile to make a difference both internally and for external stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role where you will work alongside another high-calibre PA, providing a high level of support to the CEO. We are looking for someone with extensive diary management experience, who can work instinctively and plan effectively around the CEO’s schedule. You will also manage the CEO’s inbox, which requires strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to a changing day.
The role also involves general administrative duties, as well as booking and arranging travel when needed. You will also contribute to exciting projects and take on additional responsibilities where an experienced PA can thrive.
Key skills:
Experience in a PA or Office Manager role (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient IT skills
Strong general administration skills
